William “Bill” Ford

Bill Ford is a native of Shawnee, Oklahoma. He attended the University of Oklahoma from 1961 to 1965 and was active in the Army ROTC program. He received a Bachelors in Business Administration and a Masters in Business Administration from OU and accepted his commission as a Field Artillery officer in 1965. Additionally, he was a left fielder on the OU baseball team and is a proud member of the OU Lettermans’ Club. Bill served in Korea and then as an instructor at Field Artillery Officer Candidate School at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. Mr. Ford is an executive member of the Field Artillery Association, member of the Shawnee Rotary Club, member of the OU Army Alumni Association, deacon at First Baptist Church of Shawnee, and a former Scoutmaster and District Chairman for the Boy Scouts of America. Mr. Ford is currently the President of the Shawnee Milling Company and remains active in his community. He is married to Nancy Jayne Ford and they are the parents of three grown children and have two grandchildren.
